A WebSocket client with Socket.IO and MQTT

Enter a ws:// or wss:// URL and connect. Send text or JSON, read every message in a log, and keep the messages you send often with the request. In the browser, WebSocket connections go straight from your computer.

What it does

  • Plain WebSocket, Socket.IO 3 and 4 with namespaces and an auth payload, and MQTT 3.1.1 over WebSocket
  • GraphQL subscriptions with the graphql-transport-ws protocol
  • Variables and dynamic values such as {{$randomEmail}} filled in when a message is sent
  • Saved messages, a message log you can clear, and auto-reconnect
  • Every header on the desktop; the browser can send only Sec-WebSocket-Protocol

One tool for every protocol

The request is saved in the same collection as your REST calls, with the same variables, environments and auth, and runs in the collection runner and in gostman run.
